These counts come from the shared family record. There is no separate Yezbi Kids Videos copy to keep in sync. Personal accounts and teaching workspaces have separate ownership.

What is kept—and for how long
- Family profiles, settings, plans, blocks, requests, and viewing records support the features you choose to use.
- Records marked for routine deletion are eligible for purge after 30 days. Permanent family deletion is a separate action.
- Scheduled cleanup removes current raw playback events older than 90 days; operational events are eligible for cleanup after 30 days.
- Per-child daily totals, per-video and theme progress, Homeschool activity records that can include video titles and channels, and family usage milestones and counts can remain beyond 90 days. They have no equivalent automatic age-based expiry and are included in the family export.
- Service-wide video and theme statistics can also remain beyond 90 days. They are not included in a family export, and family deletion does not guarantee removal of contributions already included in them.
- PIN hashes, authentication secrets, device-token hashes, and encrypted calendar tokens are excluded from exports.
- Shared global catalog records are product data, so they are not part of a family export.
- Family Bookshelf records and this family's learning-workspace grants and change history are included. Personal shelves and independently owned teaching workspaces are separate from this export.
There is currently no setting to turn off watch-history collection while continuing playback. That option is planned; final retention rules and the treatment of existing history remain under review.

Delete family data
This permanently removes this family's memberships, child profiles, plans, logs, settings, uploads, family-owned Yezbi Kids Videos records, family Bookshelf records, and learning-workspace grants and change history. Adult sign-ins, personal data, and independently owned teaching workspaces are preserved. Contributions already included in service-wide statistics may remain. This is not global account closure and cannot be undone.
