Yezbi Kids Videos · Legal draft

Terms of use

The responsibilities that come with using Yezbi’s family learning and parent-controlled media tools.

Not final: this September 3, 2026 draft is pending attorney review. It is not ready for paid subscriptions or public-launch acceptance.

Who agrees

The adult account owner agrees to these terms for the household and confirms that they are authorized to provide parental consent for children added to the account. Children do not independently register.

The service

Yezbi provides family planning, record organization, portfolio, recommendation, student-checklist, and parent-controlled media tools. Early-access features may change as they are tested. Parents control invited adults, child profiles, activated devices, curriculum references, and content settings.

Parent responsibilities

Yezbi does not replace parental judgment, professional educational advice, medical advice, legal advice, or state-required homeschool filings.

YouTube and third-party content

Yezbi Kids Videos organizes a curated catalog and plays YouTube videos through YouTube’s official embedded player. YouTube remains the video provider and its terms and policies apply to playback. Yezbi does not own, download, edit, or guarantee continued availability of those videos.

YouTube may display ads, branding, and links required by its player. Yezbi does not promise an ad-free experience and does not guarantee that a device-level link cannot leave the Yezbi interface. Parents should use appropriate device or browser restrictions where that boundary matters.

Curation is assistance, not a guarantee

Catalog ratings, age guidance, family settings and parent blocks help manage choices but cannot guarantee that every video will fit every family. Ratings may be assisted or manual; complete human-review coverage has not been verified. Parents should report unsuitable, changed, unavailable, or mislabeled content so it can be reevaluated.

Accounts and acceptable use

Do not access another family, share credentials outside the intended household, bypass safety or usage limits, scrape the catalog, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use the service to harm or exploit a child. Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to protect families, the service, or its providers.

Family content

The family retains its rights in schedules, notes, uploads, and other content it provides. The family gives Yezbi only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate and protect the service. This does not grant Yezbi permission to publish family content or use it for advertising.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Notice draft describes collection, service providers, retention, parent controls, and deletion. The family owner can request an export or permanently delete the family. Permanent account deletion cannot be undone.

Subscription terms are not complete

Price, trial, billing interval, renewal, taxes, cancellation timing, refunds, and failed-payment handling remain required before accepting payment. No paid subscription should be offered until the terms match the actual checkout and qualified counsel has reviewed them.

Availability and changes

Yezbi is provided on an “as available” basis during early access. Maintenance, provider outages, catalog changes, or safety and cost controls may temporarily disable a feature. Material changes will be communicated to account owners as required.

Sections counsel must complete

Operator legal name and address, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, dispute process, venue, governing law, consumer-rights savings language, and international-use terms are required before public launch.
